Effective date: 1 August 2026
These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the website operated by Prog Enterprise at https://prog-enterprise.digital (the “Site”). By using the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

Acceptance
Using the Site, submitting an enquiry form, or requesting a discovery call constitutes acceptance of these Terms and of any engagement letter that later applies to paid work. Website use alone does not create an advisory client relationship.
Intellectual property
Content on the Site — including text, graphics, and branding — is owned by Prog Enterprise or used under licence. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not copy, adapt, or republish Site content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.
Advisory information
Articles and descriptions on the Site are general information about growth advisory. They are not tailored advice for your firm. Decisions about your business should follow a formal engagement and written scope.
Enquiries and accuracy
You are responsible for the accuracy of information you submit through forms or email. Do not submit confidential third-party data without authority, or sensitive personal information unrelated to an enquiry.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by New Zealand law, Prog Enterprise is not liable for loss arising from use of, or inability to use, the Site, including reliance on general published content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 or other mandatory law where applicable.
Third-party links
The Site may link to external resources. We are not responsible for their content or practices.
Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time by posting a revised version on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of New Zealand. Courts of New Zealand have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms or use of the Site, subject to any mandatory rights you may have as a consumer.
