Facilitated working sessions that help owner-managers and senior teams settle competing priorities before growth work begins.
The problem these sessions address
Growth plans fail quietly when owners, GMs, and department heads hold different pictures of “what matters this year.” Leadership Alignment Sessions put those pictures on the table, test them against capacity, and leave the room with a short list of commitments — and explicit items parked for later.
Format
- Pre-calls with each participant to surface private concerns
- A facilitated full-day (or two half-days) using your real numbers and pipeline, not generic exercises
- A one-page priority record circulated within three business days
- Optional six-week follow-up call to check whether the agreements are holding
Who should attend
Owners plus the people who actually allocate time and budget. Large spectator groups dilute the work; we usually cap attendance at eight.
Fees
From NZ$4,800 per facilitation day, plus preparation. Venue hire in Auckland can be arranged if you prefer not to host on-site.
